Product Design From the initial design brief enabling us to gain a clear vision of what is required, to creating various concept models, allowing us to explore various features and characteristics of a proposed design for review. Using these concept models as a base we are able to integrate functionality, engineering knowledge, and the right selection of materials to achieve a competitive product, whilst minimising parts and most importantly cost.Styling is achieved by innovative, creative design coupled with the ability to produce advanced surface models, complex freeform shapes and photo realistic rendered pictures to allow you to visualise the product before the tooling stage. Models are then assessed using either non functional Rapid Prototyping, or fully manufactured, functional working models to highlight any possible problems that may arise prior to tooling. We are able to assist throughout the tooling stage, obtaining quotes, working with suppliers, toolmakers etc. to ensure that we achieve the desired outcome.
